From November 1 to 3, 2024, the city of Ancona will once again host the European Market, a major event dedicated to the discovery of gastronomic and artisanal excellence from all over Europe.
The city is ready to welcome thousands of visitors from near and far, transforming itself into a vibrant melting pot of cultures, traditions and tastes.
Wandering among the market stalls — set up throughout the historic city centre (Piazza Cavour, Piazza Roma and Corso Garibaldi) — visitors can experience a unique sensory journey: from handcrafted products of exceptional quality to the chance to savour traditional dishes and discover each country’s culinary and cultural specialties.
Alongside European exhibitors, the market will also feature Italian regional products, showcasing the nation’s diverse and rich culinary and artisanal heritage.
But the European Market is more than just food. It also aims to celebrate craftsmanship, highlighting the passion and talent of artisans from across the continent. Between the stalls, you’ll find unique handmade creations, each telling stories, legends and traditions from its place of origin.
And to make the journey even more fascinating, there will be special guests from outside Europe — including Brazil, the United States and other countries rich in culture and history.
