On Sunday, October 26, starting at 6:30 p.m., Slash Club in Castelfidardo will host Rapisarda Experience, an exclusive event that combines haute cuisine, music and conviviality in a refined yet informal setting.
The evening’s protagonist will be Chef Alessandro Rapisarda of Casa Rapisarda Restaurant in Numana, who will present a selection of his signature dishes live, designed to surprise and engage guests. The menu ranges from creative finger food and seafood delicacies served by the spoon to freshly prepared first courses and a corner dedicated to artisanal breadmaking. Vegetarian options and a final selection of miniature pastries will also be available.
To accompany the gastronomic journey, Cantina Garofoli will offer a curated wine selection designed to enhance every pairing, while DJ Michael’s set will create a lounge atmosphere — the perfect soundtrack for an evening of relaxation and shared pleasure.
