The Historical Air Museum in Loreto boasts the presence of dozens of uniforms starting from the Royal Air Force up to the ones of contemporary Air Force, all authentic and complete of their ranks, purchased from enthusiasts or contributors. Many are the unique pieces.
The Historical Air Museum’s location in Loreto is not accidental: since 1920, Virgin Mary of the Shrine of Loreto is the patron of all the airmen and is celebrated by the Italian Department of the Air Force on December 10.
