Interview with Marco Gradara, owner of Moublè Le Cave, hotel and restaurant for weddings in Sirolo.
How and when did your business started?
The meublé The Cave comes from many years’ experience of my family in the catering sector. We are a friendly family-run establishment, offering a lot of services for all who want to enjoy a holiday on the Riviera del Conero in total relaxation, immersed in nature of the Conero Park, but just only a few minutes away from the main beaches of Sirolo, Numana and Portonovo.
What are the main features of the restaurant?
The restaurant Le Cave consists of a large room and a series of outdoor environments: porches, garden and a large terrace with a breathtaking sea lookout.
Our restaurant in Sirolo specializes in weddings: many choose to celebrate here their wedding day. Our restaurant specialized in seafood cuisine, our impeccable service, the ability to welcome guests in a charming place in the countryside of Monte Conero and with fantastic sea views, ample parking and the possibility to book a room for the night and wake up the next morning for a romantic breakfast by the pool, make us an ideal location for those who want to celebrate their wedding in the Riviera del Conero.
What are the characteristics of your cuisine?
Ours is a substantial cuisine, rich in seafood dishes and local recipes. We are lucky to be in a place where the fish is great and the fishing always plentiful, so we can guarantee the freshness of our fish dishes, cooked with traditional style. My mom, who has spent his life in the kitchen, is still at the stove, to give direction to the staff and prepare with great passion fresh pasta and other delicacies.
What are the features of the hotel?
No doubt - the location. We are in a place where peace and tranquility reign, surrounded by nature and with sea views. The swimming pool, for the exclusive use of our guests, is much appreciated, as well as the whirlpool and the playground for children.
How are the rooms?
Our rooms are equipped with all amenities, such as satellite TV, air conditioning and free Wi-Fi and are furnished with modern style. We also have two elegant suites, much appreciated by couples who decide to stay with us after celebrating their wedding in our restaurant.
