The Natural icecream Festival takes place in Agugliano every year during the first half of June.
The Festival was founded in 2010 with the support of the municipal administration and local associations, aided by the master icecream maker Paolo Brunelli, in order to promote the excellence of the territory and spread the culture of real ice cream.
The initiative was so successful that it led to the establishment of an association uniquely dedicated to this event and its related activities: participation in trade fairs, awards, competitions, ice cream courses for enthusiasts and professionals. It has also resulted in the establishment of a Study Centre, where first level classes are organized for ice-cream makers and enthusiasts.
Gelato Festival is also an occasion for music, art and entertainment with concerts, dance and children's shows. Do not miss exhibitions and markets selling artistic local products. Many tourists from all around the Conero Riviera crowd the streets of Agugliano historic center during this Festival and enjoy the sweet flavors of natural ice creams.
